Join us at Earl-A-Whirl, a two-day event celebrating NEEMA’s 30th year hosting the Art-A-Whirl festival! Put on by Juniper Lou Markets, this event will be hosted at Earl Giles Restaurant & Distillery centrally located on Quincy St. in Northeast Minneapolis — the epicenter of Art-A-Whirl!
